Thankyou all for your help, it is water indeed. I left the case open for a whole day to dry the oboe and the problem is gone now. I did dry the toneholes with cigarette paper and dry the inside of the bore when it happened. The water must be sitting somewhere where I couldn't get to. I am glad the oboe comes good now, it was unplayable when that happened.
