Hi Howard,
The high C# that seems to work "in concert" with all the other
"English horn fingerings":

Left hand: (index OFF the key) A, G
Right hand: F#, D, C#



Also, another "English horn fingering" for the "in-staff Bb"
For added resonance to the "in staff Bb": simply add the D key
