For high Bb, try putting ALL fingers down on the right hand, pinky on the C#-
"English horn high Bb."
For high C, left index, plus all fingers on the right hand, pinky on the C#-
"English horn high C"
For high D, left index half, A, G, then on right hand E, D, and pinky on the C#-
"English horn high D"
Very little motion to go from high Bb or C to high D, then on to high Eb with the "English horn fingerings."
It is a "snap" to go from "English horn high D" to high Eb- very little motion, hands not pulled out of position.
For high B (sustained, e.g., as the forte high B, Swan of Tuonela) on English horn, add the D key
