 Oboe Trouble

Hello!

I have been playing on a used Lauree for a year now, and just last week got it looked at. However, it seems that i have water somewhere in the oboe, and no matter how many times i swab or try to use cigarette paper to get it out, I can never find it. It affects the low D, E, Eb, C, C# and even the normal D/Eb. I have no idea what the problem could be, and just got it checked. When I play a D a high A comes out, or just doesn't, and at times it gurgles, which is why I thought it was water. When I blow A LOT OF AIR it sort of goes away, but only for a while, and I want to play soft notes too... Please please help me!!
