The half-hole mechanism under your LH index finger is quite complex on an EH, and sometimes it can prevent the C pad from rising sufficiently. Compare the rise of the small A-Bb pad to that of the B-C pad which is under the LH index lower plate. Do they rise the same distance when you depress your RH index finger?
