 EH high C problems

Hello all,

I have a Fox 500 english horn that I love expect for one thing. The high C plays very thin and with out much substance, in contrast to all the other notes on this horn. Is there any way I can improve the timbre of this one particular note? Is it possible the horn needs to be voiced?
