As a player with small hands, who played professionally for 40 plus years, I understand your dilemma. Chris suggested having the cluster moved out to the left a bit more. That is exactly what worked for me. I also used an adjustable thumb rest which helped me situate my right hand more comfortably. And I had the right hand c-c#-eflat cluster tinkered with as well.
