the other day i played on a student (i believe) buffet, without left nor low Bb, the weird thing is.....the bell does have a hole, or vent for it, problem is, theres no pad covering it up....but, theres seems to be no effect what so ever to the playing. i asked a friend to cover it up and have me play something, and it seemingly sounded darker......haha......
sorry if this is a lame question, but are all beginner model buffets' bells with no low Bb made in that specific way?
