Just to add - on cors the F vent also vents the E due to the small diameter and relatively high placement of the E tonehole. So for the RH (and LH) main action venting, aim for 2mm when measuring the front of the pads. The F vent should really have as much opening as possible (relative to the main action venting) to help the lower register E vent properly (as a closed F vent will make the E stuffy and unreliable), and make it easy to control at low volume levels.
Until someone finds an ideal solution in the placement of the RH main action toneholes and also the placement of the surrounding keywork (which is where the problems lie), we have to put up with cors in their current form.
