If you register on the SOTW forum (there's a double reed section on there) you can send private messages and emails from there http://www.saxontheweb.net/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=139.
Though I do think it will be beneficial to the other board members on here to go through adjusting and regulating keywork (especially the F vent mechanism) on cors.
The last Rigoutat cor I saw had a closed F vent arrangement as seen on oboes (where the F vent only opens when RH3 is closed, but while RH2 remains open), though they may have changed this since.
On most pro (full Gillet) cors there's a floating rocker mechanism with adjusting screws on each end, and this closes the F vent fully when both RH2 and 3 are closed together, though it remains open to vent the E in the lower register. This whole mechansim has to be well adjusted to prevent the main action fingerplates (RH2 and 3) being forced open, and also to ensure the closure of the F vent.
Also, the low C key will close the F vent independantly to the fingerplates in order to help the lower altissimo notes (C#, D and Eb) speak easily and prevent them being too sharp.
