The ones for muswic are at http://www.earplugstore.com/nasopl.html?_s_icmp=HOMEBAR1_MUSICIAN_PLUGS. No two people have the same anatomy or sensitivity. You'll need to try one after another until you find what works.

I've found that high-attenuation plugs are too efficient (except maybe when a bugle is blasting from behind). I can't play well without at least some aural feedback.

I've met exactly one trumpet player who could play as well soft as loud: Malcolm McNab, who was in the West Point Band when I was there and became a legend in the Hollywood studios.
