"Chris, my teacher's Bulgheroni plays high Bb with this fingering and my Loree doesn't:
2nd Oct XXO|OXO
How this make sense and as i haven't tried your fingering for B natural yet i was wondering whether if this has any connection with it.

Your teacher's Bulgheroni may have all the RH fingerplates (not just RH 1) connected to the linkage from RH 1 to make Bb and C by putting down any RH main action fingers (RH 1, 2 or 3 - and even the low C key) - this is usually standard equipment on German spec oboes and gives tuning/venting alternatives for Bb and C (it's usually called 'Conservatoire 1-2-3 mechanism') along with fully automatic 8ves, low B-C link and the F resonance key (opens with the F key, and not to be confused with the forked F vent which is present on all pro oboes). Though some semi-auto oboes can have the Conservatoire 1-2-3 mech fitted as an option.
If fitted, on the lower joint you should see a bridge key on the outside of the key barrel for RH 1 (the key barrel for RH 1 is within this bridge key) which carries the linkage to the top joint, and it has an adjusting screw at it's lowest end which connects to (and is raised by the closure of) the F# vent (which can be disengaged from the rest of the RH keywork by backing it off completely to reinstate standard Conservatoire system Bb and C fingerings for RH 1 only, if the design of the bridge allows).
