I did find the lamenated chart that you speak of Susan, in my local music store. Didn't purchase it because I figured I've got SO many fingering charts already.
One thing I forgot to mention, is that I also take one of my beginning recorder books and practice the upper register with it. That has been a tremendous help with tone, intonation, and fingering way up there.
