Martin Schuring has a great fingering chart -- I got mine from Marti Hess at CygnetStudios.com (usedoboes.com will get you there, too).
It's a single page, front and back, laminated. There's also a separate chart for trills.
Don't remember how much it cost, but it was cheap, and it is very handy. I can carry it in my gig bad, file it with my sheet music, leave it on my stand, spill things on it, etc., and it looks as good as new.
My teacher also approved of the fingerings given.
