You SHOULD develop antibodies to whatever current virus you have, so as long as you don't share your instrument you're probably safe.
I use Sterisol for the reeds, I think it has benzalkonium chloride in it.
Hydrogen peroxide doesn't kill everything and can break down the reed fibers if you use it too much or too concentrated.
I would avoid using alcohol on anything wood or bamboo.
To kill fungus, you can mix warm water with a few drops of dishwashing soap and some bleach, but use that in a well-ventilated area because the fumes are not safe. If you ever use that, be sure to rinse well and thoroughly air-dry.
Your practice of vacuuming your case is good.
