I found an herbal product that seems to keep me nearly virus-clear. It is made by Nature's Way and is called Sambucus or Sambucol. It is backed up by clinical studies that show its effectiveness. It doesn't beat *every* virus but it seems to beat most of them.

And I second the neti-pot; marvelous for clearing the sinuses.
