Hey, Judy!
About a year and a half ago, I had the same desire. Living in a very rural area, there just wasn't any such thing. So . . . I started a woodwind quintet! We didn't have a french horn player, but we have a very versatile euphonium player who has managed to make his horn sound remarkably like a french horn.
We just got our first track put on CD ("Tin Pan Alley" - a medley of 20's tunes). I got my copy last night, finally! I can't put it up here, but if anyone wants to hear it, I think I could send you an mp3 file of it privately (my email is available -- click on my user name).
So, Judy, where there's a will, there's a way!
