Printed and read it yesterday. Excellent article, a must-read for all.
One comment to the article: I do not think german oboeplaying is carried out like Koch did it anymore. You still need a god amount of air, but you can get a dark, vibrant sound on much lighter reeds, than those Koch used. But the embochure and posture is still different from American style.
