It looks like the basic fingerings should be pretty much the same as the conservatory system except that Bb is played by fingering A with bottom of the two side keys for the right hand first finger, and C is played by fingering B-natural and using both of the two side keys (or maybe just the top side key depending on tuning). Otherwise, the basic fingerings look like they ought to work. Trills and tremolos will be a problem for many notes.
