Has anybody played "Oblivion" by Astor Piazzolla? If I can play it, it isn't
difficult; but I'm wondering if I'm playing it correctly. It's a passionate and/or intense melody, and I love it. It has a triplet in it: high G, high F, and high Eb.
It is in the key of Eb (I think), having three flats: A, B, and E. The beginning note is high G for a 4 count to the triplet. It sounds very dramatic to me.
Anyway, I'm just wondering if anyone has a comment about the piece. In fact, I just discovered that the piece has a number of triplets in it. I'm thinking that a triplet is three notes quickly played together?
Thanks.
