As for fingers, I usually use the following for each finger that controls a fingerplate or key (on a full Gillet conservatoire oboe):
LH1, LH2, LH3 | RH1, RH2, RH3
LH1 also operates the 2nd 8ve key and the 'spatula' key (eg. A#-B trill - LH1 closes both the fingerplate and holds down the spatula key), and for a 'half-hole' - it's 1/2 when LH1 is rolled down to uncover the aperture in the fingerplate.
LH2 also operates the LH C-D trill.
LH3 operates the LH C-C# trill.
The LH pinky operates the G# key, LH F key (or long F key), LH Eb, low B and Bb.
The left thumb (TH) operates the back 8ve key (or 1st 8ve key) and 3rd 8ve key in the altissimo register (and thumbplate if fitted - for Bb and C).
RH1 also operates the side G# key and side G#-A trill (which overlaps the side G# touch).
RH2 operates the RH C-D trill lever.
RH3 operates the F key (or Key F or Cross F key).
The RH pinky operates the low C, C# and Eb.
I'd then give the fingering for low Bb as: xxxBb|xxxC - that's all fingers down, plus LH low Bb and RH low C.
For mid-stave Bb it's: xxo|xoo - that's LH 1 and 2, and RH 1 only.
And for high Bb it's: 8ve2 xxo|xoo - that's LH 1 and 2, and RH 1 with the 2nd 8ve key open.
