I really appreciate it.
Regarding the European tuning; yes, I heard that, and I hadn't thought of that. Some reeds are European also, and so I need to see what mine is doing against a tuner, but sticking the reed all the way in indeed has helped greatly. LOL.
Regarding loud playing; amazing how when I practice, for example, last night, I seemed to be doing worse, but somehow I felt like I was doing better...crazy practice sessions...I felt like I was spitting wind more and more quickly, so some empty notes, but yet I had more power somehow to stay on track or jump back in with the CD or the feeling like I crossed some further ability but was not quite there yet. Some notes though come out loud and clear and right on, and it is so delightful when I get it right. It is actually, to me, a great feeling to make a lot of loud sound! Kind of excillerating (spelling?)
