I don't know if Howarth kept records of Italian made B models since the serial numbers were hugely variable as they were numbered at their factory of origin in Italy - ie. a newer one could have a lower serial number than one made 30 years ago so they're a bit hit and miss, though if you can post some detailed photos of the keywork and logo that should be enough to give a rough idea of it's age.
The only reliable serial number records Howarth keep are for oboes made here, including the pro models (starting at 1001 up to 5xxx) and student models as well as the S10B models produced between the late '90s and early 2000s.
