If the E (and probably F, too) is SHARP, and gets sharper as you crescendo, and you are comfortable making adjustments to your reeds, you may be able to tame that note a little by taking a little cane out of the tops of the windows, where they meet the plateau.

Lots of solutions so far. Hopefully something is working!
