I just looked at the Good Tone Guild site (for the first time in quite a while), and I do not see anything about the Chudnow staples anymore.
There is a photo on her site of a reed made with the "S" staple http://www.goodtoneguild.com/purchase.asp?sec=purchase2&subsec=default but I see no mention of her offering that staple now. I do see mention of a synthetic cork staple.
I just dropped her an email, asking if she still makes the Chudnow-based reeds. She'll most likely get back to me soon -- she is very good about communicating with people. I'll let you know what she says.
