Unfortunately i missed the quartet, and was only informed of the performance by Rachel AFTER.

Concerning the left Eb, i also tried a few other oboes, e.g. yamaha 800 series oboes and a couple of lorees, 2 AKS, and my own DM, yes i do feel a significant difference. My teacher has his Bulgheroni's left Eb modified higher by placing a cork on top of it. I sure do feel that it is much more comfortable in that position.

Chunkier? How said?
