Thank you for the detailed response, Chris! I have a good supply of solvents, acetone, 99% isopropyl, others because of other work I do. I did not expect acetone to be safe to use on the grenadilla so thank you for the recommendation.

Although I am accustomed to working with super glue and pretty confident, I will still pick up some appropriate epoxy instead. Thanks again.
