Have anyone here considered a reed being too 'young'? I have heard that some reeds which needs adjustment can sometimes change in character over the course of a day or two anyways, so it's best to keep it in it's original form to see how it changes. Unless of course reed makers are prone of making the reeds with a small reserve for adjustment. Any comments on this?
