 Oboe playing and clarinet emboucher

Dear all.
Yes, it may sound silly and I also know that both are very different instruments and need its unique technique to get the best out. But, my question is, in what manner does oboe playing affects clarinet emboucher? can it be customed for the betterment of both?
As I have gained some acquaintance with clarinet, I have a fair bit of idea of how good clarinet tone being produced. I play double lip on clarinet, does this have any favours for oboe.
Your ideas and wisdom will be greatly appreciated.

BTW. The oboe is in transit, expecting to get delivered in two weeks time.
