Assuming your screws are the type with heads the best long term solution is to get the keys re-fitted so that the heads lock tight into the posts when correctly adjusted.
A common cause of this problem is that the pivot screws have been mixed up at some point in the instrument's life. They should always be returned to their original position on the oboe.
