I don't know about prowall, but thinwall is exactly that, thinner metal. It allegedly improves response.
I have a few Stevens 3 thinwall and they are very similar to the Chiarugi 2+ (both have thin walls). But I used to like my Pisonis alot too (rather thick wall). Most important is the opening, the flaring between bottom and top and the oval description.
Seriously, these factors change the performance in response to your specific body characteristics, so I'd recommend getting a few of each and making several reeds on all of them to find out which suits you best.
