Play altissimo F (8ve1 oxoG#|oxxEb) and raise LH finger 2 off to give this fingering:
8ve1 oooG#|oxxEb
The G# key will keep the LH2 fingerplate closed, but raising LH finger 2 off uncovers the aperture.
