A couple of preliminary ideas:

1. Are you tying over the tube?

2. Are your reeds very heavy? Maybe you just need to scrape lightly over the whole reed and take it down a bit.

3. Do you have problems with sharpness on other reeds too, or just your own? If it's the latter, I'd suggest visually comparing your reeds to one that you can play comfortably in tune.

If you send more information, as Mark suggests, and perhaps some photos, it would be easier to help.
