you're going to get a LOT of responses from a LOT of people out there.
I have bought reeds from several makers/vendors, and usually need to adjust them.
Since you've established your habits and know what you want, I would suggest you find a reedmaker who wants to know as much about your tastes/needs as possible, perhaps one who makes you fill out a form before submitting an order. The only person I've run into whose survey is comprehensive is Cooper Wright. Other reed-makers (like CO Reed Company) probably use them as well, but I do not have experience there.
Save some time and $$ and bo choosey: it sounds like you love to play, and deserve a well-crafted reed.
