 adjustment for mid-octave Eb
Author: GoodWinds 2017

Hi mechanical geniuses out there,

I'm having trouble getting my half-hole notes to speak, especially the Eb, on my old Jarde. The left hand key is worse than the right. I've tried a variety of reeds, The springs seem fine, and the lower octave is fine; I've cleaned the half-hole opening and checked the screws and can't seem to find any glaring problems.

The ONLY thing that is different is that I am currently (and temporarily) at 7,000 feet elevation.

Any suggestions before I seek Professional Help?
