You could try Bobby Graf, which is the 3rd generation of Grafs to make the machines, but he is sometimes difficult to get a hold of. I doubt that he would repair a machine, but you never know. I have only dealt with John so I cannot comment on the others you mentioned, but I have heard they do good work.

P.s How do you like your Opus 1? Im actually thinking about ordering one.
