You can never clean too much with mops or pullthroughs.

Maybe the joints weren't lined up perfectly on this one occasion so the F#-G# link was preventing RH1 to close properly. Check the adjusting screw on the linkage locates properly on the small disc on the G# pad cup - ther should be an indentation where it normally touches, so be sure you line the joints up so things all meet up properly.
