If you don't have someone with whom to play, the music-minus-one CDs are a reasonable investment.
If you are willing to pay a little more there is a subscription service that provides decent accompaniment software and a good selection of popular pieces of all levels. smartmusic.com.
Many of the baroque stuff has the music on screen, and since it is software you can adjust the intonation, pitch, speed and even the responsiveness of the accompaniment (that is, how much it "follows" you, and how much it sticks with its internal metronome). I was pretty skeptical when my brother bought me a subscription for my birthday last year, but it proved to be a good investment. Note that you will need to own the sheet-music for almost anything non-baroque.
