Reeds will play sharp when the aperture closes down, so a pinch of the wire at the sides with small pliers (presuming you're using wired reeds) or pushing the wire up will open the aperture. And scraping at the base of the scrape and just above will bring the pitch down, but will make the reeds too buzzy if overdone.
