You sound like you're burning the candle at both ends. Many people do that, though, and don't end up with sore throats. It helps to know you also sing.
If it were me I would be making an appointment with ENT (ear, nose and throat) doctor. He/She has the ability to lightly numb your throat and look way down into it. They have the equipment in the office to do this where a family practice doc probably doesn't. It might even be a good idea to practice for a long session prior to the appointment so the doctor can see what it is that you are feeling.
