Thank you all for your help. I'll consult my teacher in my next lesson. I am still open to any further suggestions.

I've been trying the water thing lately and I think that it has helped a little.
Also, I get stressed a lot because I have many auditions and contests with my clarinet and vocals. Contest is awful because I have a clarinet solo, a clarinet trio, a vocal solo, a vocal trio, and a vocal sextet. Last year it hurt so bad that I couldn't rehearse at all before we sang for contest because I could only stand the pain for the performance.

Maybe I should just relax and not worry so much. Wow, stress stinks!
