The Oboe BBoard

I started an experiment. Using my electronic tuner and playing long tones with the same reed, I played each note ( that I can reach) and measured whether it is sharp, flat or OK. I kept track of temperature and humidity and always did the experiment after fully warming up. What I find is that across the board certain notes are always sharp or flat. They may be more or less so depending on the weather, but they are definitely not "in tune". I try to use a neutral embouchure for the test. When I play I seem to automatically adjust for certain notes (my middle C is really blatty and 10 to 20 "cents" or "clicks" sharp.) Some notes are just so far out that I can't adjust unless I am playing a long tone. My low b and b-flat are flat and this carries somewhat into the upper registers. My very upper register is way sharp. I am dropping my lower jaw just like I was doing for lower notes but it didn't bring it back to a reasonable level. What should I be doing to play more in tune? Could this be symptomatic of my oboe needing an overhaul? I don't remember being this much out of tune with myself when I played before, but memory fades after a decade!
Thanks for all your suggestions on good repair technicians!
