This is probably by far the best book that i have read on reed making, and you literally do not have to read it!

There is apparently a lack of reed making books for short scrape reed makers in English, i have been told that someone is now currently translating a Dutch one and there has been many articles on the British double reed society over the past few years which shouldnt be too difficult to get hold of by sending a few e-mails and stuff like that. (I know of one series in particular by Tony Allcock from 1993/4 that helped me a great deal.)
