I'm quite new at working this board myself, but what works for me is Go to Topic, Search, enter Patricola and up come a bunch of previous posts on this make ...

... on internet, i use google, and ditto bunch of links with search on Patricola entry

... if you're going to spend money on a good new or used oboe, get it directly from a reputable oboe supplier with a reasonable length of try-out time and a maintenance warranty

If you still know your Loree's serial number, maybe you should post it as a stolen instrument. If you don't know it, then when you get your new oboe make sure you record that information and keep it with important documents
