I don't know if either of these folks can get you an English Horn reed asap, but it can't hurt to try!
Robert & Bailey Sorton make nice English Horn reeds. You will have to call them at 614/587-1603 (no website). Explain what you want, or leave your number so they can call back. They are expensive, but very good. Great mellow tone.
The other source I like is Crystal Hall http://reedmonster.com/ . She will custom make the reed to your specifications, and she is very friendly. Her E.H. reeds are very playable, in my experience. She's probably your best best for a really good reed with quick turnaround time.
Good luck!
Susan
