Ha Bobo! A Loree Loyaliste! Well, you could do worse. I did get a chance to try a lot of oboes in Ithaca and came away very impressed with a number non-Loree instruments, but the Loree is still very good. I bought mine used several years ago after playing a Gordet since the 1960s. If I had tons of money spend, I'd definitely take a harder look at other new oboes including Howarth, Rigoutat and Fossatti.
