Worthing is the factory, though the Worthing showroom carries most stock of what most general players need, so more specialist things like oboe d'amore reeds, crooks or contra reeds are best sourced from London - though that's not to say they won't be available in Worthing as they can be sent down from London on request, as can certain instruments if you want.
But as the journey from deepest darkest Wiltshire to London town is probably just as easy or simpler than from Salisbury to the sleepy seaside retirement town known as Worthing, it may be worth coming to Worthing to see the manufacturing side of things (though do make an appointment first).
Enjoy your day up London!
