There is a useful chart of shaper tip measurements in the Forrest's catalog. They don't list the RDG ones, of course. But my guess is that you could ask RDG for comparable measurements. My guess is that the RDG d'amore tip is a good deal longer and wider than their oboe tip, and measures closer to a small english horn one.
