Assuming you play on American scrape, you should

1. Make sure you have a reed that has a decent opening.
2. Then, I would say the opposite of some have said on this topic in that you need to relax the embouchure so that you can play on the extreme tip of the reed.
3. Finally, I'd think of the vowel sound of "OH" to get your oral cavity opened up.
