High D to E? There aren't any fingers that have to be in two places at the same time here (as with Db-Eb, F-D, in other registers). You just need to practice this very, very slowly, and then gradually speed up the transition. (Using a metronome, one tick higher every time)
You can also play the E without pressing the "left Eb" key. (In most fingering charts they say to push the Ab key, and the Eb key at the same time, with the pinky) I would add the Eb only in slower passages that require better intonation. If it's going fast enough though, the slightly lower pitch can easily be corrected.
The same applies to high F.
